This policy explains how EasyCloud Software Solution Private Limited ("EasyCloud", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit easycloudsoftware.com (the "website") or contact us through it. We implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and ERPNext for growing businesses, and we keep the information we collect to what we need to answer your questions and run the website.

Information you give us

When you fill in the contact form, email or call us, message us on WhatsApp, or ask for a consultation, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, work email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the website, our servers and analytics tools record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the time you visit and the page that referred you. We use your IP address to estimate your approximate location (country or city) so the website can show the nearest EasyCloud office and WhatsApp number. We do not use this to identify you personally.

How we use your information

• To reply to enquiries and arrange demos, consultations and proposals.
• To run, secure and improve the website, including understanding which pages are useful.
• To show the nearest office and contact option for your region.
• To send information about our services if you ask for it or agree to receive it. You can opt out at any time.
• To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

• Messaging services such as WhatsApp, when you choose to contact us there.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its server logs.
• Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.

The website also links to our pages on LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram. Those services have their own privacy policies.

EasyCloud has offices in India, the United States and the United Arab Emirates, and our providers may process information in other countries. Where information moves across borders we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the providers' standard contractual terms.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on the business relationship, and then delete or anonymise them unless we are required to keep them longer. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our analytics account.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example India, the United States, including California, or the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), you may have the right to:

• ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy;
• ask us to correct or delete it;
• object to or restrict certain uses, or withdraw consent you gave earlier;
• opt out of marketing messages and of cookies that are not essential; and
• complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on the website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
